A $25 rental fee and a signed contract are required to hold a reservation for shelters 2-4.

A $100 rental fee and a signed contract are required to hold a reservation for the Bechtold Pavilion (shelter 1).

Only one shelter may be rented at a time.

Please mark the times that you want the restrooms open for your event.

The Township must approve any use of ballfields in advance.

Reservations may be made throughout the year and may be made up to one year in advance. Fee is due at time of reservation.

Any application made by a minor shall immediately be denied.

The Township will not hold any shelter reservation prior to payment of rental fee.

The preferred method of payment is to pay by credit card when you make your reservation online. Sycamore Township will also accepts check payments. Please make checks payable to: Sycamore Township, 8540 Kenwood Road, Sycamore Township, OH 45236 (there will be a $20 fee for any returned check).

CASH IS NO LONGER ACCEPTED.

Cancellation of an event date must be done a minimum 30 days in advance or the rental fee will not be returned.

The organization holding the permit, officers and members thereof will be held personally responsible for loss, damage, breakage, and or failure to observe park rules, a copy of which is available at the Township office. Should the permit holder be an individual, any violations shall be charged directly to that individual. Permit holders must be present.

Clean up of shelter area is the responsibility of the permit holder.

Renters are expected to leave the facilities in good order; all garbage should be cleared off tables and placed in trash cans provided. Sycamore Township will take care of all other cleaning matters.

Shelter Permit must be kept on hand by the permit holder on the day of the event. The shelter will have the reservation posted.

Live music (bands) or sound amplification is/are not permitted as part of shelter permit.

Any music or electronic equipment, e.g. radio, ipod, MPS, CD player, must be played at a modest volume so as not to affect others.

The sand volleyball courts are for VOLLEYBALL ONLY! (They are not to be used as a sandbox, litter box, or for any other purpose.)

Any equipment other than that which is provided must be approved by the Board or its agent.
